It is produced from the coffee beans which have been digested by a certain Indonesian Cat, we call it as Luwak. That is why this coffee also named as cat's poop coffee or civet cat coffee. This luwak can choose the best quality of seeds from the coffee tree better than human. That is why the taste is best.
