- 200 gr Shrimp
- 65 ml coconut milk
- The sticks
- 10 ml Coocking oil
Puree Ingredients:
- 8 Red Onions
- 4 Garlic
- 5 Red Chilli Paper
- 1 cm Ginger
- 1 cm turmeric
- 1 cm Galangal
- 6 Candlenut
- 3 cm Lemongrass
- 3 pices lime leafs
- 20gr Salt
- 10 gr Sugar
How to Make:
- Puree the Fish and The Shrimp without the shrimp cell
- Mix the puree ingredients and the puree fish and shrimp
- Add the coconut milk
- Take some mixture, twist it to the stick. Until finish
- Grill the twisted mixture, add some cooking oil
- Smells good? Its time to serve it...
